You can track your order easly by visiting our track my order page and enter your tracking number for an update.
How you can get a refund?
Just send the shoes back to us and we will issue you a full refund. Email us info@trackspikes Our return address, If 29 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should you do if you received the wrong item?

Your new spikes are not the right size?
If you ordered an incorrect size item you can request an exchange in another size. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange you will be liable for the shipping costs on the item back to us and we will send you the correct sized item back to you for free. Please see our sizing charts on each product page to avoid this. If you’re shipping an item to return or exchange we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking.
